As for me, normally my weekends depend on weather conditions. If it’s rather warm and sunny we go out to the mountains.
The past weekend the weather wasn’t fine so we stayed at home, anyway there’s always some work about the house

Галочка! I like your quotation very much. I sent it to my pen-friend and he said that it is Maya Angelou's say (words). She is famous black american poet and writer. Now I am reading one of her books "I know why the caged bird sings". The book is about her life - very interesting. Talking about the weekends, I can say they could be more interesting than they are. We spend one day to do all home work (housecleaning, wash etc.) and the second to visit our parents. I am still sit at home, so it doesn't matter for me it is work day or weekends.

Yes,you are absolutely right. my quotation is the words by Maya Angelou.I read her stories and books before,but here I found a couple of quotations of her and was surprised how wise and smart they are.I love them...
